What should I do about a damaged product?

Please note that a tolerance space (may vary between 3-5%) is left in all fragrance vials to ensure we comply with guidelines when shipping fragrances.

If any item(s) in your order was damaged or has leaked in transit, reach out to our Customer Experience team within 30 days of delivery so that we can help find the best way to resolve the issue.

In an effort to expedite the replacement process, kindly attach a picture of any damage or leaking concerns with your message.

I haven't recieved my Aroma Expressions order yet. When will it be in my mailbox?

Due to increased volume, new and existing subscribers may experience an additional 3 days of processing. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send over an email with tracking details.

Shipping and Tracking:

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive an email notifying you that the order has been shipped along with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active.

First Month:

Your first Aroma Expressions shipment will be headed to you from our fulfillment center within 5 business days. Make sure to pick out your first fragrance by adding it to your queue within 12 hours of subscribing!

After the First Month:

By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their shipment to leave our fulfillment center 5 business days after billing occurs.

Please be advised that fragrance is considered a Hazardous Material, so we are required to ship via ground transportation.

Help! I never recieved my product!

If you were billed on time or within 15 days of your scheduled billing date and have not received your order’s tracking info 10 business days or more after the billing date, please check for your tracking details on your Aroma Expressions account here. If no tracking is listed or the tracking details indicate an issue with delivery, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for assistance.

Please note that all address changes must be made within 12 hours of subscribing (for new subscribers) or one (1) day prior to your scheduled billing date no later than 11:59 PM EST (for recurring subscribers) in order for the changes to take effect in the current month.

Where does Aroma Expressions ship?

We currently offer shipping to the United States (including its territories and PO Boxes) and in Canada. Subscribers in Alaska, Hawaii, and on the west coast may experience longer delivery times.

As much as we appreciate our military and their families, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

As we grow, we hope to expand our reach to other regions, so stay tuned!

I just placed an order! When will it ship?

Due to increased volume, new and existing subscribers may experience an additional 3 days of processing. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send over an email with tracking details.

We’ll email your tracking info over as soon as your order has shipped! Your tracking number is also accessible online in your order history.

First Month / First-Time Customer:

Your first order ships from our facility within 5 business days and is typically delivered by the post office within 10 days of your subscription order. Just remember to add your first item to your queue within 12 hours of placing your order!

After the First Month:

By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their package to leave our fulfillment center 5 business days after you are billed. If payment is unsuccessful on your scheduled billing date, we'll make a few more attempts throughout the month. Your order will be on its way to you within 5-7 business days after payment is received.

One-time Purchases / eCommerce

One-time purchase orders (including full-size fragrance bottles, gift sets, etc.) typically leave our fulfillment center 5 to 7 business days after purchase.

How do I track my order?

We know how excited you are for your order to arrive, so we’ll send an email notifying you when your shipment is on its way to you!

If you’re unable to locate your shipping notification email, you can access your tracking details. Tracking information is typically available 5 business days after billing occurs. Unsure when you’re billed each month? View your billing date on our website.

Do I have to sign for my Aroma Expressions delivery?

Not usually!

Subscription boxes are ground-shipped via our shipping partner, then handed off to USPS or Canada Post for final delivery to your mailbox.
